Trever Wagner
Trever was born and raised in Mitchell, SD. He attended Dakota Wesleyan University for his bachelors of Athletic Training degree. Following this he went to get his doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. He has been practicing physical therapy now for nearly 10 years and loves helping people overcome their pain and functional limitations. Outside of work, Trever enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, working out, and watching sports. His hope is to help as many patients as he can control their symptoms and improve their health by providing physical therapy services that are specific for each patient he sees.

Trever & Ashley met in college at Dakota Wesleyan where Ashley was pursing her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Trever his bachelor’s in Athletic Training. Following graduation, the couple moved to Bismarck, ND where Trever obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and Ashley began her nursing career on a Neurosurgical unit. Following Bismarck, the couple moved to Rapid City, SD where they lived nearly 8 years before returning ‘home’ to the Sioux Falls area.

Lindsey Kringen
Lindsey was born and raised in Brandon, SD, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota—while proudly cheering on the Gophers. With 15 years of experience in health and wellness, Lindsey brings a strong background in operations, leadership, coaching, and customer service to Vitalis. She is passionate about living a healthy, balanced lifestyle and helping others do the same.
Lindsey’s faith is central to her life, and she enjoys spending time with family and friends, appreciating nature, hiking in the mountains, outdoor adventures, sports, and cooking nourishing meals.

Austin Ryan
Austin Ryan is a Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who focuses on treating the individual—not just the diagnosis. He was drawn to Physical Therapy for its unique blend of movement science, patient education, and its long-term impact on quality of life, with his interest growing from a passion for strength training and helping others return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of the clinic, Austin is married to his wife, Kirstyn, and they share their home with their dog, Charlie.
In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with family, working out, watching sports, and golfing.
